Launched in April 2009, Reporters Uncensored (http://www.reportersuncensored.com) is a weekly web television program designed to get real viewpoints on the ground from reporters worldwide. Our team seeks to provoke global dialogue and inspire social activism.

Reporters Uncensored’s mandate is to provide a forum for innovative media-makers in order to launch social movements and translate groundbreaking ideas into action. Our goal is to further social change through unfettered, unfiltered reports from our team of global reporters. Reporters Uncensored moves away from commercial news formats to show viewers how world developments are transforming the lives of ordinary people.

Taking advantage of web television’s storytelling power and emerging online digital tools, our seasoned team of reporters will create media that matters: on subjects ranging from health and HIV/AIDS, to drug abuse, to education, to poverty and climate change– as a means of mobilizing audiences around key social issues.
